What type of martial arts do we teach?
The Sensei Ruskin teaches traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. There are no weapons used in the classes,
as the term "karate" means "empty hand", and it is an art of defending oneself without weapons, against an attacker that may
or may not have a weapon. It uses both physical and mental training.
